Personal Training by Oli Perry provides a serious and dedicated approach to helping clients achieve their personal goals. This is achieved by addressing the various essential components of health and fitness, including postural imbalance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, nutritional management and resistance training. Personal Training to me isn't just about understanding and implementing these components, it goes further than that. It should be about truly understanding how to work closely with a client, developing a good solid working relationship to really understand what it is that person wishes to achieve.

 

Only then can you design and implement a suitable program to achieve that goal. My aim is to re-educate and motivate to ensure you achieve optimum health in a dedicated but fun and rewarding style.
