There are a total of (9) photos comprising the police ‘evidence’ against me. Seven of the photos feature ‘NO PED XING’ signs. The other two photos feature an ‘AUTHORIZED VEHICLES ONLY’ sign that is buried in the middle of the airport, and not even visible from Outbound Road (also known as Glumack Drive). I was a cyclist, not a pedestrian. It is astonishing to me that persons in the Airport Police department do not understand this elementary distinction. Minnesota statutes are clear on this:

And, I wonder if cars are ever stopped on Outbound Road for not observing the distant and obscurely placed ‘AUTHORIZED VEHICLES ONLY’ sign? This is the kind of absolute nonsense being used by the criminal prosecution system, and at taxpayer expense, to frame a case against me. Here they are for you to judge for yourself:
