Welcome to Cherry Avenue!
We are an independent Christian Church located just minutes from the campus (or the grounds, as it’s called here) of the University of Virginia. Our congregation is made up of people of all ages and from all kinds of different walks of life. It is our aim to practice the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20 and the Great Command (Luke 10:27).
And while we believe that the Bible holds the answers to all of life’s questions, by no means do we think that we have them all figured out. We are disciples, not masters of the Word. If you are searching for answers to some of life’s tough questions we invite you to come and join us in the Great Adventure.
