Welcome to my artist website! Even though the bass guitar has come a long way in the last 30 years, it is still a rarity that a musician pursues a solo endeavor as a bassist.
I am so excited to share with you news about my CD releases, ‘Led By A Star’ (my new Christmas CD) and the well received ‘The Grace Is In My Bass’. These are truly ‘Bass’ CD’s. No Piano. No Drums. No Guitar. Just Bass. All parts were played on my Carvin 5 string Claro Walnut bass.
In following a path of ‘just bass’ for these releases, the road has led me to a compilation of unique arrangements of songs that are familiar to my friends who are pursuing their faith and God with their whole heart. I also have done songs on the discs that are ‘standards’ that lent themselves to be arranged in a ‘bassic’ way that suits my way of interpretation.
