This is taken from the top of a mountain overlooking the small town of Biasca, Switzerland where my grandfather grew up.  It is near Cava, which is a restaurant and hotel at the top of the mountain.  Cava is more like a retreat, it is just one house at the top of the hill and you can go up there for lunch and spend the night.  Our aunts took us up there and that’s what I think it was but still am not sure since they don’t speak english.
