NOMINATE YOURSELF OR OTHERS TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE SRLA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SRLA will hold elections for the positions listed below in 2010

President Elect

Responsibilities: In the absence of the President or in the event of her/his inability or refusal to act, the President Elect shall perform the duties of the President and when so acting the President Elect shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions of the President. The President Elect shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to her/him by the President or by the Board of Directors.

Finance Officer

Responsibilities: The Finance Officer is charged with the responsibility for overseeing the financial management of the corporation. The Finance Officer shall work with the Executive Director in determining financial recommendations to the Board of Directors and shall fulfill other duties as may be assigned by the President or Board of Directors. The Finance Officer shall prepare a financial report detailing the financial condition of the corporation for the membership to be presented at the Annual Business Meeting for approval by the membership.

Member-At-Large

Responsibilities:  Serve on the Marketing, and Honors & Awards Committees, and shall serve as advisory members of the Student Initiatives
