Term
One to Five years, as determined by the Executive Board. Term is renewable at the discretion of the Board.

Annual compensation will be determined by the Executive Board

Expenses
The office expenses would be paid for by SSLASPA up to $500 annually.
Duties
The duties of the Executive Director shall be to (1) keep full and accurate account of all monies received and shall deposit same in the name of and to the audit of the Sport and Recreation Law Association (SRLA) formerly known as Society for the Study of Legal Aspects of Sport & Physical Activity (SSLASPA); (2) keep all accounts current and gain Executive Committee approval for any invoice in excess of $500; (3) make a full financial report at each annual conference; (4) provide all financial records to the treasurer upon request to be audited.; (5) Assist the conference coordinator with contract negotiation, and overall conference organization and promotion for the annual SRLA conference (6) maintain and regularly update the SRLA membership mailing list and provide such list upon request of the membership; (7) complete all state and federal tax forms; (8) complete all state corporation reports, and (9) assist the Executive Committee in any other business matters as it deems appropriate.
Evaluation
Evaluation will be conducted annually by the Executive Board.
Termination
Either the Executive Board or the individual may dissolve this contract with a 30 written notice.
