I approach weddings the same way I photographed news during my career as a newspaper photographer. I look for photos that tell the story of the event.

I am a spectator at weddings capturing emotions that will enable my clients  to remember their day just as it happened.  Having you enjoy your wedding day is important to me so I do not direct the activities. I watch and capture the joy, laughter and moments that will become your memories.

I will of course photograph families after the ceremony, but try to keep it to no longer than 15 minutes so that you can greet your guests at the reception.

My photographic style includes the use of available light as much as possible. I tell my clients to just try to forget I am there.

My goal is to create a collection of photographs that would make anyone who views them feel the emotion and know the story of the day even if they did not attend the wedding. I also want my clients to be able to look at the photos many years later and re-live their day just as it happened.
