What We Do!

You probably already know that the Fire Department Volunteers respond to fire and rescue calls, but you probably didn’t know that we do much more.  Ask any volunteer and they will tell you that Fire and Accident Prevention is our top priority.  Lodi Volunteer Fire Fighters take great pride in their prevention efforts that include school educational events, Fire Station Open House events, Fire Prevention Week, Fire Inspections, and Community Training.

Why we do it!

There are many reasons for why we do what we do.  The most common though, is our desire to provide assistance to those in need.  There is nothing better to have the the knowledge you acquire as a volunteer fire fighter to help other people.  Whether it is an accident, fire, or just a request for help, we are glad to be of help to our community.
