Dear parent/guardian

We’d like to take this opportunity to invite your child to come along to our Holiday Club this summer. This will be held from Monday 3rd August to Friday 7th August.

Sessions are from 10am – 12:30pm and 2pm –4pm.

Please note that the afternoon sessions are not a repeat of the morning sessions. This year, for the first time, we are offering lunchtime supervision for your child between the morning and afternoon sessions. If your child wishes to stay over the lunch time period they must bring a packed lunch with them.

The theme, ‘Show Stoppers’ uses the creative arts to take children through some well-known Bible stories. For those of you who have never been to one of our holiday clubs, the week will be action packed and full of fun with a mixture of games, crafts, songs, challenges, video and drama.

The cost per child will be £20 for the full week or £12.50 for either 5 mornings or 5 afternoons. Lunchtime supervision will be an extra £1 per day. Children are eligible to come if they are at Primary school (Rec-Y6). We are limited for space so we cannot accommodate pre-school or secondary age children.  Preference will be given to those children that register for the full week.

A separate registration and consent form is required for each child.

At 10:30am on Sunday 9th August, after the holiday club, there will be a review of ‘Show Stoppers’. This will be held in the main church building and is for all the family. Afterwards, it will be followed by a FREE Barbecue.
