Welcome to Spot On K9s!
Located in South Elgin, IL
We adopted six-year-old Darby and four-year-old Jolie from a Dalmatian rescue in New Orleans, our former home. They are the inspiration for Spot On K9s.
Our pack also includes Desoto, a 10-year-old Catahoula and certified Therapy Dog; Shelby, a six-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pit Bull mix; and Ginger Peach, a one-year-old Dutch Shepherd/Staffy Bull mix who’s training for disc dog.
Our six-year-old cats, Cricket and Bruiser Bear, are members of the pack, too. Actually, seven-pound Cricket thinks she’s in charge. And the dogs wouldn’t dare tell her otherwise!
I offer in-home obedience lessons, and group agility classes in South Elgin, IL. Please click on the “Agility Classes” page for more details. I’m a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. I’m also the Activities Editor and a regular blogger for The Bark magazine (www.thebark.com).
