As a Broker, Frantz personally sells five to ten million dollars annually in real estate and is among the top producing Brokers in all of the Adirondacks. He is known for his down-to-earth manner, honesty and no-pressure approach and takes great pride in helping his clients find their own “piece of paradise” among the lakes and mountains of the high peaks region. Frantz’s extensive knowledge and day-to-day research of the happenings of the regional commercial and residential market, coupled with his passion for the area, make him the perfect fit for buyer and seller alike.

Having visited all fifty states and countless resort towns, Frantz chose Lake Placid to settle with his wife, husky dog and three young sons. When he is not working in Real Estate, he can be found enjoying what he calls in “one of the most beautiful and magical places in the United States” with activities including ice/rock climbing, back country skiing, triathlon, mountain biking and more.
