Ghost Sphere Standard just hides complete folders from others eyes. To archive this goal, this software uses an advanced way to hide folders. Your folders are even hidden in Spotlight searches. Hackers and users with advanced skills could, with particular expertise, recover the invisible folders. However, for the very great majority of users, access to these folders becomes impossible. This is also a good way to protect your folder from being erased or modified by other users like your children. Ghost Sphere Professional creates and handles also 128bit AES encrypted Sparse Disk Images. These images are hidden, shown, mounted and unmounted by Ghost Sphere. The Encrypted Sparse Disk Images are Apple Standard and grow with the content. If you try to mount them manually the password is required. Ghost Sphere can apply a special lock on the images to make them unusable in the Finder.

Ghost Sphere can be downloaded and used with limits in demo mode.
After buying a licence from within the application they become fully functional. You just need a credit card and an internet connection. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Once your order is placed your software is immediately activated and a mail with the order data is send to you for archival purposes.
The Mobile Edition can be installed from within the main edition (Standard or Pro) on compatible external disk drives who support HFS or HFS+.
The Mobile Edition can be used by any Macintosh the drive is connected to. It is an exact copy of Ghost Sphere, but contains only the folders and vaults of the external drive, and does not feature the functions to add or remove items. To update the ME, simply do the changes in your main edition and reinstall the ME on your external drive.
The Mobile Edition is the ideal partner for the iPod. Take your private data with you and feel safe when you lose your iPod or when you lend it to someone. A special feature of the Pro Edition let’s you even navigate through the music folders without revealing them.
