About the art This art is about Soul longing to know God. He is standing on the shores of a mystical ocean captivated by the source of light that fills this world. He is so moved by it’s beauty that his heart opens drawing a current of God’s life force drown and around him to finally enter his heart center. For the moment, there is a mystical union of God and man. He becomes one with the Holy Spirit, God’s loving spirit of creative life force.
Creating this art This art started with a photo of a friend of mine who was attending a spiritual retreat. He was standing off from the group staring at the sunset over the ocean and I snapped his photo. Later I developed this image for a church project with streams of gold light coming straight down from the sky. Ed, another artist friend of mine, looked at the art and suggested the light should swirl around him. I had no idea how to accomplish this and so handed over the art for Ed to get this effect. Later, I worked on this art to add more dimension to it. So this art is a collaboration of two artists.
Ordering the art You may order this art without words, or you are welcome to add a verse or quote that inspires you. Perhaps a quote from the bible or some other book? You may want to give the art as a special gift by putting a dedication to your loved one. I’d love to work with you to create a special piece of art that you will treasure.
This version is available as a Giclée print on heavy art quality satin canvas using special archival quality chrome inks rated for 200 years. A series of 1200 prints will be made at each size. All canvases receive at least two coats of UV lacquer spray to increase longevity and protect the art. Each print is individually numbered and signed by the artist, and comes with an Artist Certificate of Authorization. This are will be sold unframed as canvas art and will include instructions on mounting the canvas and framing.
Donated proceeds All proceeds for the sale of this art will be donated to non-profit group of my choice. I reserve the option of donating to various good organizations and causes.

Because this art is personal, ordering starts with an email to me. I’ll work with you on the details or your order, then send you an email of the completed art design for you to approve. When I receive your OK for the art design and payment is received, it will be produced, framed if requested, and shipped. I can also ship this art to a framer of your choice and you can save on shipping costs.
