Thank you for those that made it out to do this workout.  I know it was a tough one.  Luckily the weather was only bad during the first mile.  To bad all the people that thought we were going to have bad weather didn’t show up.

This workout consists of doing a 400m run and following it with 15 reps of 95lbs on the Overhead Squat.
 
Our form is not the best on these.  If you watch we both come up on our toes a lot.  This means we are not keeping the weight over our hips and mid-foot.  Which is making it hard to keep our
