Kids love week of the brain
Kids love week of the brain
week of the brain student survey

We did our own survey to find out if kids like Week of the Brain so you don’t have to guess or just take our word for it. If you’re a scientist and you like teaching kids about the brain then you will be happy to know we think learning about the brain is fun, duh! We think it is interesting and important. We want to know how our brains work and how to keep them healthy because we want to have fun and play and hang out with our friends. If we hurt our brains, we can’t hang out and have fun and do all the things we like to do, like play video games or jump on the trampoline. Not everybody wants to be a neuroscientist, but if everybody wanted to be a neuroscientist, we wouldn’t have artists and basketball players and there wouldn’t be any good TV shows.
Since this was our first Week of the Brain, we think it was a success! What do you think?
514 kids celebrated Week of the Brain at our school. We did a survey of some of the students and over 80% thought learning about the brain was fun, interesting, and important. 15% want to be neuroscientists!
