Slo-Parts History
The story of Slo-Parts, (Ed Wemmerus), From then until now!
I was born and raised on the East Coast but when I was 17, I moved to California. Shortly after that I joined the Air Force and while in the service a friend of mine showed me how to play a few chords on his guitar. Well the rest is history.
Over the years since then I've played as a single act, a duo act, been in Garage, Rock, Country, and Blues bands. I’ve played Blues, Jazz, Country, Rock and Funk old standards and even dabbled in Classical music on a few occasions.
I’ve been retired from music since 1994, but I still have the bug. Now I can work on my music full time while I kick back and wait for the Grim Reaper to pay me a call.
Until then I still have my music and I'm spending my time learning about all the changes going on in music and the music business. I’m also learning how to use all the wonderful new equipment and techniques available using digital recording systems and my Mac.
I just can't seem to give it up and that’s good.
