This large piece started with an idea on a Saturday morning while laying in bed and used 13 different glass sheet segments, sterling silver wire, copper and brass sheet metal, steel wool, hire-fire wire, lock washers, glass frit and shards. Creating this siren took about 16  quite enjoyable hours and firing took one day in the kiln.
