A fictional template using all real MLB and minors teams with logos and uniforms (as long as the zoom in view is used, jersey logos are not correct, but caps, colors, pinstripes etc are fine). Also accurate ballparks and weather factors for majors and minors. Accurate market sizes to start. Credit goes to psucolonel.

MLB Setup for OOTP9 - 37 MB

Complete MLB setup for OOTP 9. Schedules, ballparks (only names for minors), uniforms, logos/colors, and photos for all levels of the MLB system for 2008. World of Baseball 2009 1.0 - 123 MB

This quickstart includes all of the major professional baseball leagues from around the globe. I used most of the games default settings (such as PCM's, aging, etc) and focused more on the gameplay and league settings. Credit goes to Dr. P.R. Park III.

Best of the 2000’s Roster by poodiddy - 8.4 MB
Unzip the .lg folder and place it in your saved games directory. All stadiums are in if you have gambos stadium pack in your ballparks folder. And I set the lineups and depth charts for all the teams accurately also.

$Spanky’s All-Time Greats by Spanky - 13 MB Spanky's All-Time Greats includes thousands of baseball's best players from 1900-2007. Thousands of hours in the making this file comes with 36 pre-made 40 man rosters. Teams composed of best players from an era closely associated with its best team all time win/loss Pct. Some teams have multiple entries and you will find cities like Portland hosting a Boston Red Sox team built around present era players and Sacramento hosting another version of the Oakland A's. Since NY hosts both the Yankees and Bridegrooms, you will find the old New York Giants playing in New Jersey as the BlackSox. IMPORTANT NOTE: League files are in OOTP 6.5 format, so I suggest unzipping the files into another folder such as C:\Baseball\OOTP\The Greats and then importing the league.dat file only into OOTP 2007 or 2008. This is a MLB setup with 3 levels of minors, all correct team names, affiliations, logos, uni's (thanks, Icy!), ballpark names/dimensions/factors, etc. Player pics have been generated already as well. The only things fake are the players.

Fictional Global Baseball Alliance Quick Start by JinAZ- 9.4 MB
Inspired by last year's World Baseball Classic, as well as similar projects by community members RMc and APujols5 (among others), I decided to whip up a little fictional baseball league involving teams from around the world. It includes 28 teams, with custom flag-based logos and uniforms. Other details can be found in the readme.

MLB 1994 Quick Start by bp_ - 14.7 MB
This historical quick start was created using the Gambo 1.5 database. It is setup to use his yearly csv to import the correct draft class each season. I suggest using this DB if you are going to use this QS as it is set up to work with the Gambo DB already (unzip it to your my docs/sports interactive/ootp2007/data folder).

All players will debut in their correct draft class, not when they made their MLB debut. Current logos are included for all major and minor league teams (thanks Icy!). There are three levels of minors (AAA, AA, A) though the division alignments are not correct (no biggie IMO).

English Baseball League (EBL) by frogger6 - 63 MB
There are two levels of minor leagues:
--Instructional (AA)
--Developmental (AAA)

All teams have logos, all teams have jersey logos, all teams have individualized ballparks with photos. Playoffs mimic MLB setup

NFL Style Quick Start by statfreak - 6.4 MB
The rosters are accurate as of September 16th. I used logos by justafan and caps and jerseys by truthserum. I used the 2006 season to assign player ratings. Rookies and players with limited or no 2006 stats are generally assigned middle of the road ratings. The computer AI has assigned all depth charts/lineups/pitching staffs. DH has been enabled in both leagues.
Football positions were translated to baseball positions as such:

QB/S/P/K = Pitchers
RB = SS
WR = 2B
TE = 3B
C/G = C
OT/DT = LF
CB = CF
DE = RF
LB = 1B

The ratings should really be gone through and updated, especially the rookies, but I do not plan on doing so. Hopefully someone else will feel strongly enough about it to update the ratings. I hope some of you will use and enjoy this roster.

1940 History of Baseball Quick Start by Dr. P.R. Park III - 22 MB
Here we go...just in time to hold you off till OOTP 9, and probably then some, a historical quickstart two plus months in the making. This is a 1940 historical quickstart, with Latin America winter leagues, and a set of minors and feeders, Negro Leagues, and independents. There is a barnstorming circuit and an Armed Forces League. All uniforms are courtesy of Brad (No Pepper) and Pete (cephasjames), and the ethnicity mod is also courtesy of Pete. Those dudes are awesome. Anyway, included in the zip are all of the necessary game files, so be sure to back up your current files, and overwrite them with these, as the quickstart was created using them. Also, unzip the quickstart folder into the appropriate location, and open in-game.

This quickstart was created to somewhat emulate pre-WWII baseball, with it's minor league systems and host of independents. It was difficult trying to emulate the migration of players, be it Negro leaguers to Latin America, barnstormers to the majors, etc. Not everything is 100% historically accurate. Bummer, I know. All stadiums were done by me, and are by no means 100% accurate, nor are all park ratings accurate.

College Template v2.06 by Foz - 6.3 MB
This is 12 College Conferences, picked for overall talent, and in a couple of cases, for geographic location. It's attached to Icy's quick start as a feeder league. All 112 teams have Colors, Cities and Nicknames correct. See Readme for more information.

MLB 2007 Template & Graphics Pack by Icy - 11 MB
It's a MLB07 template and graphics pack, with all the correct team names and affiliations for 2007, from MLB to rookie levels. No players included, so when you create a game based on this template, fictional players will be generated and you will run an inaugural draft. You can also use this template as base to create your own, adding more leagues etc before starting the game.

2007 World of Baseball v2.0 Template by Matter 2003 - 85 MB
Due to popular demand, a template version of World of Baseball 2.0 has been released. Please view the readme for the original WOB2.0, as not much has changed in this version, although I did fix quite a few minor errors with stadium capacities, dimensions, names, etc...

German Baseball Template by Rocketeer928 - 7 MB
German baseball world template for OOTP 2007 called Deutsche Bundesliga (DBL) Contains 30 DBL teams on the Major League Level, two AAA leagues to match the 30 DBL teams, and two AA leagues to match the 30 DBL teams (both minors split between 16 teams and 14 teams, but in different arrangements). I also changed the cities.txt file to use the German spelling of the 16 German states and major cities. For example, I changed Munich, Cologne, and Rhineland-Palantine to München, Köln, and Rheinland-Pfalz, respectively. I maintained the German letters ä, ö, Ö, ü, and Ü were appropriate, including the team logos.

MLB 2007 World of Baseball v2.0 by Matter 2003 - 163 MB
New to version 2.0:
-Added 2 more independent leagues that began play in 2007---Continental Baseball League(and all logos and uniforms) and the New York State League(has no logos or uniforms as of yet)
-All minor league teams and most independent league teams now have their proper jerseys, double checked for accuracy(to the point I actually made 4 of my own uniform templates to ensure accuracy)
-Added 58 international cities to the weather database to ensure virtually all foreign teams have their proper weather
-Made numerous corrections and tweaks---too many to mention...
-Added proper 2007 schedules to all teams or closest other schedules for foreign leagues
-Added No Pepper's Cuban uniforms(great work!)

---This is a "load and go" league---choose the team you want to manage and start---starting date is January 1st, 2007. Fully working, and has been checked more than once. Please let me know if there are any errors that need correcting.
---Instructions:
1) Unpack WOB2.0.lg to your saved games directory
2) Unpack database, jerseys, schedules, and ballparks directories into the OOTP baseball main directory and overwrite when prompted.
3) Load the league and have fun!

Fictional Universe in a Box v2.0 by MidKnight - 39 MB

- 5 levels of minors
