Key Positions to Fill NOW

There are several positions for next year that need to be filled now. Please email me if you have any questions or interest.

WinterFaire Trainees: 

Learn the ropes on how to put on the event by working closely with Tayu and Amy for the November 2009 fair. Work begins over the summer. Then take on the event for November 2010. Grab a friend (or more!) and sign up!

Treasurer Trainee: 

Become the treasurer for the 2010/11 school year and learn the ropes from the current treasurer during the 2009/10 school year. Learning the ropes during the prior year is highly recommended. 

Upcoming PTA Events

The end of year brings lots of exciting events! Check out what’s on the horizon and what your help is needed for!

1. 1.Teacher Appreciation Week: w/o May 18th. We love our teachers! Volunteer opportunities coming soon. 
   

2. 2.PTA BBQ: May 29th. Anne Capron will be leading the charge for the end-of-year BBQ.
   

3. 3.Campus Camp-Out: May 29th. Come camp out with the kids on the Manor field. Movie, popcorn and breakfast supplied through your  donation of $20 per family. More information coming soon.
   

4. 4.Field Day: June 4th. The kids had a blast last year and it's a great time of fun and exercise. We will need volunteers. A sign up poster will be displayed in the front office. Stop by and sign up please!
