I love this band!! …

I’ve been quite lucky over the last 16 years, having performed with various bands at venues such as Blenheim Palace, The Savoy, The Grovenor House Hotel, Wooburn Abbey, but now I’ve finally found the place where I’m supposed to be. The commitment, enthusiasm and determination of my fellow musicians amazes me, and for that I thank you.

I joined the band having met Mark (Bass) at a rehearsal one night and things just came together. I strongly feel that Band Substance has something different. An energy and persona which generates throughout. That is confirmed by the following of people we have who just return gig after gig. We try and add at least 3 or 4 new songs at each performance to keep things fresh and entertain the crowd.

We love performing and play at many different venues but when asked to play at weddings we take this as a huge complement. I’m delighted to be invited to entertain at some ones most special day and although our music may not suit every demographic we sure rock the house every time. I hope you enjoy us as much as we enjoy entertaining you.

Oh, and my guitar playing...Well, it can only get better now I have my new Fender Telecaster Classic 60’s Re-issue!
