Moscow was a wonderful experience, yet frustrating as well. We were there about four years ago and the Russians hadn’t quite grasped the concept of a market economy. As a result, service was terrible and bureaucracy still ruled supreme. Stuck in Immigration on the way out of Russia, a Scot in the line in front of me quipped that the only way to do business in Russia is as a stamp manufacturer. Every where you go, multiple documents have to have oodles of stamps that the clerks delight in firmly slamming down.
These were taken with a Leica Digilux 2 Camera.
