kayak rental

Havogfritid: Nesna based guiding and rental company run by guide Magne Steiro.  15 kayaks to rent (10 poly), complete gear for 5 kayaks (cags, pants, shoes, drysacks, wetsuits etc.) and if necessary can get more. Magne will help planning and organizing trips and tours and offers his services as guide. His trailer can transport 10 - 13 kayaks and he’s happy to shuttle people between locations or collect people from airports at Mo i Rana, Mosjoen or Sandnessjoen. He’ll also help with accommodation.

Havnomaden: A Sea kayakers bunk house, bar and expedition centre on Brasoy island run by Bent & Inge Skauen.  They also plan courses and kayak building workshops.  As the photos below show, they were still building the bunkhouse in August 2007, converting an old factory.  The bar was already open.

we travelled independently, but there are organised packages to helgeland
