Route One:

Option 1: Launch Hartland Quay to Lundy (Rob says Hartland Point in the podcast but later corrected himself).

Option 2: Launch Lee Bay to Lundy

In both cases head for south end of Lundy to rat Island

Route Two: 

Launch Croyde Bay to Baggy Point to Mortenhoe 

Possible to Ilfracombe to Combe Martin Bay
