The above prices are in Euro /per week/ per apartment. Final cleaning not included: Euro 50,00 for small apartments and Euro 80,00 for larger apartments. Final cleaning includes bed linen and towels supply. Bath towels are not supplied. There are no further fees to pay except heating - which is paid upon consumption from November to March.

Terms and Conditions
 
Check In / Check Out Time for all accommodations:
Check-in: from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Check-out: Before 10 a.m.
 
Restrictions
    •    In Apartment La Limonaia and I Vigneti minimum stay is 4 nights.
    •    During high season: in Apartment La Pieve, Le Carrozze, Apartment La Corte, Apartment Il Granaio, Apartment I Vigneti, Apartment Le Crete,  minimum stay is 7 days. Check In Sat, Check Out Sat. Shorter stays on request.

To secure your reservation you need to send a 30% down payment which should be made in the form of a wire transfer within ONE WEEK from reservation. The balance should be paid 60 days before arrival by wire transfers. Credit cards - Visa and Mastercard only - are also accepted .
