Although I grew up right next door to a world class trout fishery ~ the Upper Sacramento River in Northern California, I was not a complete fly fishing addict until my early 20s. For more than 10 years now I have been an avid (and somewhat compulsive) fly fisherman.  My trout obsessed friends and I tirelessly seek out the most wild and scenic trout yielding rivers and streams the West has to offer.
