Shotwell Productions began when I went to the annual Arnold Sports Festival held

in Columbus, Ohio in March 2002. I was so inspired by what I experienced that I decided to make two goals:

1- Create a drawing that would enable me to meet Arnold and get his

    autograph.
2- Find a way to become involved in the Arnold Classic to be more than just a

    spectator.

In 2003 I went to the Arnold Classic with the "Original Arnold Montage" drawing in hopes of achieving the first goal. I was able to personally greet Arnold with my drawing. Arnold even autographed the artwork. I was later contacted by Schwarzenegger's Oak Productions and requested to continue my work.

By the time the 2005 Arnold Classic came I had completed more artwork and met Arnold once again. Arnold autographed two more of my drawings.

On the weekend of March 4th 2005 Melissa (my wife) and I achieved the second goal by having a booth at the Arnold Classic Expo. We sold limited edition prints.

We also met some great people that we now consider friends. Our experiences at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus Ohio changed our lives forever. Most importantly, we have met a few key people along the way who have had a direct influence on the course of our lives by “Paying it Forward.”
