1.Sunset Over Minas Basin
From Horton Bluff one can observe Earth’s highest tides that ebb and flow twice daily in the Minas Basin, the upper reach of the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia.

2. Cinnamon Fern (Osmunda cinnamomea) in autumn dress can be seen along the range light line at Horton Bluff. The range light works in conjunction with Horton Bluff Lighthouse in guiding the arrival of gypsum ships as they approach the mouth of the Avon River.

3. Cape Blomidon caught peeking through a gap in the trees. This mid October view was taken on the range light line looking in the direction of Horton Bluff Light. “Blomidon” is a well known landmark around the Minas Basin.
