The Evil Dark Lord Karrock has created chaos in this third chapter of “Electric Light Circus” where civilization must first survive the dark spell cast over the once good people of ZO.

In ancient times, the Rings of Light were crafted by the Seven-Fractels. After many ages it fell, by chance, into the hands of young Danielle's father who has passed it on coupled by a necklace he gave to her for protection.

Now in this dark time Danielle places it on her daughter, Ridley - who is left to the doom of the sin and corruption of the land of ZO. Only the Seven-Fractels of light can save this land, and only if Danielle can keep complete innocence, knowledge, and strength in her daughter will the Zoations be saved.
