just wondering...
if you were to peek into my head you would see a lot of chaos. yet, inside that chaos is this spinning, reeling theme of wonder. i live my day-to-day observing, enjoying, and trying to survive the beautiful mess of kid-dom. so, i am surrounded by that incredible child-like wonder at all times. my three beauties spend their days in wonder. they wonder at the idea of flying fairies and how to cut with big scissors. they wonder at the way sunlight hits a shiny toy and why their mom cries at hallmark commercials.
in all this living, my brain jumps from one wonder to the next. my eyes often sting with the intensity of this wonder. it comes in the form many observations, and musings, each seeming to fall into two very different ultimate questions. two very different questions with the same words, yet with opposite cries.
“my God, why have you overwhelmed me with this? it’s too much!
help me.”
or

thank you.”
so this blog is me, “just wondering....” some are just silly wonders, like, ‘i wonder what those ad people at Hardees are thinking!’ some are me wondering why my kid just did that! some are me plunged deep into wonders of the not-so-ordinary, ordinary day-to-day. thanks for stopping by, and for peeking into my brain for a time.
