A few nights ago Liam was hangin’ out in his playpen as I was trying to straighten up a bit. He’d had enough of that and was getting pretty ticked off. Then things got real quiet. This scared me, because I knew his rough and tumble little sisters were near-by. (As any mom knows - when things get too loud, or even worse, too quiet, that is when you’ve gotta see what’s going on.)  I stepped out of  the kitchen into the living room and saw Anna sitting by the mesh of the playpen, reading to Liam. He was really happy to have her near him. He was just smiling and laughing. Soon, Avi joined the scene and read to him too. They were all so peaceful and happy. It was such a sweet picture of brother-sister love. I look forward to catching many more glimpses of this special bond.
