Bienvenidos a nuestra tienda! “Welcome to our store!”. Nearly all of the handicrafts found on this site, are made by our good friends here in Guatemala. A group of women in the community of Santiago Zamora. These women are dedicated to serve in their church, by making these crafts in their homes, selling them, and giving a percentage to their church and school. They work very hard to make these crafts by hand, then sell them here in Guatemala to help the economy of their families, community, and church. Usually the place to work is the house where most of these women are also homemakers with several children. When the product is finished, they take them either The Lutheran Center in Antigua to sell, or to other nearby hotels, or places where tourists stay. Our desire is many other people can know their beautiful work, and help their economy by buying them here. Shawn and I, know they have necessities, and we think putting their products online is a good way for them to have more customers, and more support for their families, their church, and the school it supports. They also make special designs for some churches in the USA,
like banners for communion,decor crafts etc, the churches send them the illustration and them made the design,If you have one idea about something different, you can ask,and we are shore they can make this for you.
