Construction Crews

These crews of hard-working young adults and adults will work side-by-side with Guatemalan nationals on three major projects fulfilling some of the greatest needs of Hogar Miguel, the Lutheran School, and Rosa de Amor.  All construction projects involve laying concrete block and metal roofing material.  Building experience is helpful, but not necessary.  Potential mission projects at each site, and mission supplies may change as needed.  Major funding for the three main projects will collected by team members and 3rd party sources.  Advance planning teams will assure all supplies will delivered prior to start of construction.  Crews will consist of approximately 15 members each, but all mission teams will rotate in to help with construction projects based on the needs of each project, and staff requirements.
