Located in the small village of San Antonio Zamora, not far from Antigua, the Colegio Trilingüe Luterano educates nearly half the population of the village; over seventy students. This small church and school was founded by an American Lutheran missionary about ten years ago, and receives nearly 100% of its funding from a handful of congregations in the States. Students here receive an outstanding education, supplemental food and healthcare, daily Biblical teaching, and a lot of love from the staff and parishioners. Most of these beautiful children are malnourished due to impoverished conditions in this area, and lack adequate shoes, clothes, and school supplies.

This year, our construction crew will repair damaged classrooms, and possibly building a much-needed new classroom for this growing school. Our humanitarian aid crew will deliver shoes, clothes, and other supplies as well as document these children for sponsorship in the States in order to continue the financial support necessary for the nutrition program. One program we hope to re-establish through a follow-up child sponsorship program, is a nutrition program which will provide daily food, as well as school supplies and uniforms to these children. Our medical crew will offer a free clinic for these children, and families in the village, which will include treatment and prescription of medicine. The vbs crew will lead a daily Bible school for the children at the school including music, crafts, and a Bible story.

All crews may spend time both at the Colegio Trilingüe Luterano and Hogar Miguel Magone during July 08-22, helping to serve their medical needs, leading a Vacation Bible School program, delivering humanitarian aid, documenting children for sponsorship, and working on several major work projects.
