I have travelled a lot over the past 4 or 5 years. Because of work I’ve had the opportunity to go to many different countries and cities. Strangely enough in that time, I have not been to London. I did go to the UK but not to London. Anyway, London is still pretty much the same. Things are much more expensive than I remembered but other than it’s still the same.

The first few days of our holiday here in the UK have gone by very quietly. The wife is on a course here so during the day I had to look after the children. By the time my wife is back in the evenings its too late to go anywhere. Because of this we have not managed to do much up till this point.

BTW, in any major city in the world you will find these things: a Starbucks on every corner, a McDonald’s restaurant every few blocks and a proliferation of cheap Sushi outlets.
