Breath is the doorway between the conscious and the unconscious. The second beatitude of Jesus could be translated as “Blessed are those who are refined in breath” instead of “Blessed are those who are poor in spirit”. This leads us to the understanding that the refinement of the breath leads to the evolution and refinement of the personality!
