BikeWorks is a pedal-power shop that provides quality service, sales, and instruction to the public, especially local residents and binners needing to make repairs to their bicycles and carts. In addition to excellent full service repairs and sales at reasonable prices, they offer in-house tools and expertise as a do-it-yourself service for a nominal cost. They also maintain the Bottle depot’s tricycle haulers and research the latest innovations in non-motorized transportation. Like most United We Can initiatives, BikeWorks is working towards being a fully self-sustaining social enterprise.
