Cybrary Seminar Room
Policies and Procedures

In order to best serve all of our users we have developed following policies and procedures for reservation and use of the Cybrary Seminar Room.

1) Room must be reserved in advance. You may email scasey@saa-sds.org or fill out the reservation form printable from the library website. If you email, please put “Cybrary Seminar Room” in the subject line and include:
a. Name of group or class
b. Person in charge
c. Purpose
d. Date and times needed
e. Email contact information
Number of people in the group.

Please include a buffer time for set up or break down before and after your meeting. Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. A calendar will be available online (ical) to check availability. This will be updated daily.

2) Food and drink will not be allowed in the seminar room unless approved by the Library Director or a Dean. Students should never have food or drink in the seminar room. The Library Director must approve any lunchtime meetings involving food and students.

3) Plasma screens are provided for your use. Please arrive early for your scheduled time to set up your equipment and make sure it is working properly. You must provide any other equipment needed.

4) Furniture can be rearranged, but we ask that you return the furniture to its original configuration upon the cessation of your meeting/event. Please leave no trash on the tables or floor.

Additional policies for after-school use:
1) An employee of St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School must be in attendance during any after-school use of the Seminar Room.
2) No food or drink may be brought into the room.
3) All after-school meetings must end by Cybrary closing time.
