| The Stellar Wind was a correspondence based amateur writers club started in May 1991. The club eventually wrote and published about 200,000 words of multi-author coordinated fiction each year. The fiction dealt with life aboard our starship in the Star Trek universe. These plans taught me how to draw a very oddly shaped 21 story building on a computer and provided a starting point from which members could make suggestions for the final plans. They are basically a blending of a original and movies eras ships. The final 1501A plans were completed in 1994.
