Our school serves children from 15 months through Kindergarten. We are proud of our teacher ratio and our experienced gentle staff. We are fully licensed by the MA Department of Early Education & Care and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of love and acceptance allowing children to grow through the natural stages of development. Our curriculum is ecumenical, reflecting Christian values and teachings.
Your child will:
- learn social skills in a safe loving environment!
- learn through play and acquire pre literacy and pre math skills. He or she will be introduced to science, technology, art and music.
- enjoy “enrichment” visits from professional music, art and science teachers.
- learn, play and grow on our safe, age appropriate playground.
- be nourished by a school provided “yummy” snack!
We use the High Scope Growing Readers Program. This program encourages a love of reading & helps enhance your child's understanding of print and phonetic awareness, while still remaining age appropriate. We also use the High Scope Math Program.
There are Tues/Thurs, Mon/Wed/Fri, and full week options. We also offer a 1/2 day option on Tues/Thurs for 3 & 4 year olds. We are very proud of our experienced staff and our low child/staff ratios.
HOURS 9a.m. to 3p.m. Extended care is available at an additional cost (7:30-9:00a.m. & 3:00-5:30p.m.) We are open Sept. through June and follow the Barnstable School calendar.
We have a security system in place to keep your child safe.
