‘Chintan’ is reflective thought with purpose
Chintan International is a an organization with a humanitarian mission which has started on 26th January 2007 in the UK as an un-incorporated association. It is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political group with democratic governance, aiming at zero administrative expense and transparent accounting.
Our current focus is on the Himalayas. A small rural Himalayan Hospital is coming up in North India due to the efforts of
a local NGO. We hope to support these efforts.
A Himalayan Journey is planned for April, through Uttaranchal in North India. Himalayan Thoughts is a conference in July on rural Himalayan issues with an intended practical outcome.
