What to expect
Every class Sara teaches begins with a brief centering (a quiet time to get settled in and ready to practice yoga.) Then we warm up the body with gentle physical movement and breathing exercises. We move on to asana (the physical yoga poses) and we end with an opportunity to unwind deeply in relaxation/meditation.  (Savasana)
