‘Collaboration, learning together’ the 2010 conference was such a great success we are already planning another conference for 2012. Once again this will be a two day conference for professionals and families and young people with Down’s Syndrome.
Come and celebrate good practice in the fields of education (including early years), health and social care.
Plenary sessions, lectures workshops, performance and stalls.
Specialist sessions for teachers, health care professionals and young people.
