MommaJam’s guest is Heather Kempskie, editor of Parents and Kids, a monthly parenting magazine in Massachusetts.  Yes, the print version is local, but the online version is available to all moms and dads, and is packed with terrific articles that are relevant to your everyday life with kids.

One special article now running is, “Top 10 Ways to Have a Romantic Valentine’s Day,” written by Sara Eberle, host of MommaJam.  In today’s podcast show, Heather and Sara dish about amorous tip #11, which is to make a rock and roll love song CD for your sweetheart.  Make it meaningful, but make it edgy and loud.  Two recommended songs are the bone chilling and soulful “Sideways” on Santana’s Shaman album and the world famous “Panama” (ah, ah, ah, ah, ah) by Van Halen, which has racy lyrics that say, “I love you” like a rock star.
