Dear Sandy and Laurel,

That was very interesting for me -- it wasn't what I thought it was going to be, but I think it was possibly better than what I had imagined. You see, I thought you were going to take my concern and others, then do a little research on the topic yourselves and present your findings in a speech.

At first, I was a little confused and mystified at hearing my own words spoken out in a public setting -- actually, I didn't know what to make of it, but then, after hearing you both recount what others had to say -- I relaxed and just listened and in the end I have to say that I was touched by the experience. It felt like a gift -- an offering of communication if you will. Hearing others words and concerns spoken out made me feel more a part of humanity. Not that I feel all that separate to begin with, but more often than not our culture, the government and the media puts up barriers to our experiencing our oneness as human beings. What you did was so simple yet powerful for me in that you created a bridge of understanding, acceptance and amazingly, love.

Bravo! I hope you keep it up -- it is magic.

Thank you,

Sarah
