The Year In Review

Well ...  I envision this may be a time of reflection for many of us as we approach an ending ... and a beginning.

May the wind be with you.

This is the first year I have focused almost exclusively on photography and design on a professional level  ... along with the countless hours I spend on the Nourishing Our Children campaign ... and it has been a year of continual learning, exploration, and creativity.  I've definitely been challenged on every level as I've planted and continue to cultivate the seeds of an artistic career.

I am simply not the photographer and designer I was a year ago and while I have a very realistic sense of what I have yet to master, I am also increasingly aware of my own evolution.  I am deeply grateful to Brad Polt Jones of Future Light Digital – from whom I have learned invaluable lessons during group classes and in private consultation – as well as to Jonathan Tyer of Calumet in San Francisco.  Both Brad and Jonathan have generously guided my development in terms of skills and equipment during this foundational time.  My work flow and production quality has transformed as a result.

I am also deeply appreciative of the countless emails I've received from many of you in response to any one of my photo updates offering me encouragement and supportive feedback on what I've created.  I was delighted to have friends and family attend the exhibiting events of the last year.

Thank you for your presence.  I am well aware of the profound blessing of your companionship on my journey.

Please see The Year In Review I've created on my website and let me know how yours has evolved?!

Enjoy!

In Joy ...
