Engaging people

to work better together

to an organisation’s purpose

An organisation is a group of people with a purpose who work together to achieve common goals.  The organisation’s purpose matters and its people matter.

Organisations face challenges which often arise from simple misunderstandings between people.

These might be the result of the way a person looks at the world through the lens of their experience, their upbringing, the working environment, unhelpful ways of working including leadership or management issues, structures and systems as well as the daily pressures people face.

Though simple in origin, complex interpersonal tensions can result.  These can inhibit the development of personal and organisational well-being and performance.

So what ...

"I approached Sally to help us work through organisational structure issues, principally to ensure we were adopting the structure that would make best use of everyone's gifts and talents. Whilst I had some basic ideas, I found Sally's incisive input particularly useful. She listens well, gets to grips with the issues quickly and is very pragmatic with the solutions she offers."
