Non Poozie outings from the girls this month see Patsy doing two Edinburgh concerts to celebrate 60 years of the School of Scottish Studies (try saying that without your teeth in!). Saturday the 12th November in The Pleasance Theatre, and Wednesday the 30th in St. Celia's Hall; Eilidh is playing at a festival in Islay from the 11th to 13th with her guitar playing husband, Ross Martin; Mairearad is, as we speak, in the beautiful city of Berlin with a scaled down version of her 2009 commission 'Passing Places', and you can also catch her on the road with 'Feis Ros is 25' - they're in Eden Court in Inverness on the 11th November and at the Trad Music Awards in Perth Concert Hall on the 3rd of December. Mary is off with her duo, Macmaster/Hay on an extensive tour of Belgium, Holland and the Czech Republic - if you'd like to know where get in touch; and Sally is doing an essay for her course entitled "Musicians: Experts or Geniuses?" !! If anybody's got anything they feel they'd like to say about that all feedback is much appreciated...
The POOZIES will be performing again in 2012.
