National Board Teacher Certification Program

Listen to this 20 minute interview with Dr. Lynn Gaddis, National Board Certification Teacher and director of the National Board Resource Center at ISU. This is a great program for school districts to use for teachers to drive their own professional development and increase their teaching skills and in turn student achievement. The teacher receives a $3,000 per year stipend from the State and the State also provides up to $4,000 per year to the teacher to mentor and train other teachers.
