CONFERENCE GOALS

1. Stay grounded in the new youth exchange rules from RI, DOS, and CSIET.

2. Use comprehensive handouts, crisp organization, relevant topics, and collaborative sessions.

3. Improve our communication as Rotarians, clubs, districts, and intra-district exchange partners.

4. Help our District Governors, --Elects, and --Nominees really understand youth exchange.

5. Show our students and spouses a great experience in making new friends the Rotary way.

6. Show our new attendees and guests, and remind ourselves: "THIS is why we do SCRYE."

7. Break new ground with web technology, youth exchange web sites, and our interactive style.

8. Do great networking, get inspired, have "Aha" moments -- and have some fun!
